At the end of a stressful day, how do you relax?

You get home still feeling tense from a hectic day. What you do next could help you destress.

Meditate

Even if it’s just for 10 minutes before dinner, I find that I can calm my mind and spirit.

Exercise

I find that even a brisk walk will help me burn off my frustrations and that chocolate I had to calm me down!

I jump into a hot bath

I even made my own “Do Not Disturb” sign for the bathroom door. Actually, it says “Enter at your own risk!”

I completely veg out

I watch TV and go to bed. Sometimes I don’t even say a word to anybody. Thankfully my friends and family don’t take it personally!
